A QUEBRA DA AFFECTIO SOCIETATIS E AS DISSOLUÇÕES PARCIAIS NA SOCIEDADE LIMITADA
A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “A QUEBRA DA AFFECTIO SOCIETATIS E AS DISSOLUÇÕES PARCIAIS NA SOCIEDADE LIMITADA" de lavratura dos pesquisadores: Bruno Henrique Teixeira Oliveira, Kerolaine Nivea Francisco do Nascimento, Lucas Campos de Andrade Silva.
O presente artigo objetificasse na “dissolução parcial da sociedade limitada” e todas as suas vertentes. Em primeiro plano, elucidarmos a quebra do affectio societatis. Ao passo que, se torna frutífera a pesquisa oriunda da exclusão do sócio de forma extrajudicial. Destarte, em outro cenário é trazer luz da importância da confiança na sociedade de pessoa e capital. Ou seja, nesse sentido o instituto affectio societatis tem seu papel fundamental na constituição e na dissolução da empresa. Por ora, abordaremos sete tipos de dissolução parcial e apuração de haveres do sócio. Conclui-se que, é um ponto crucial dentre todos os tipos de dissolução. Outrossim, seja na sociedade de pessoas, ou de capital que de modo é nova, o core é: affectio societatis.

ABSTRACT: This article objectified in the “partial dissolution of the limited company" and all its aspects. In the foreground, we elucidate the breakdown of affectio societatis. At the other hand, the research arising from the exclusion of the partner in an extrajudicial way becomes fruitful. Thus, in another scenario it is to bring light on the importance of trust in the society of person and capital. That is, in this sense the affectio societatis institute has its fundamental role in the constitution and dissolution of the company. For now, we will address seven types of partial dissolution and calculation of assets of the partner. It is concluded that it is a crucial point among all types of dissolution. Moreover, whether in the society of people, or of capital that is new, the core is: affectio societatis.
