O CONSUMO COMO AMEAÇA AO DIREITO AO MEIO AMBIENTE ECOLOGICAMENTE EQUILIBRADO E A INTERVENÇÃO ESTATAL NO CENÁRIO ECONÔMICO SOB A ÓTICA AMBIENTAL

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “O CONSUMO COMO AMEAÇA AO DIREITO AO MEIO AMBIENTE ECOLOGICAMENTE EQUILIBRADO E A INTERVENÇÃO ESTATAL NO CENÁRIO ECONÔMICO SOB A ÓTICA AMBIENTAL" de lavratura da pesquisadora: Andreza Albuquerque Amore.

O direito ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado como direito fundamental possui proteção constitucional e estrita relação com a dignidade da pessoa humana. A proteção deste direito difuso visa garantir a sadia qualidade de vida para as presentes e futuras gerações. O avanço do consumo pela população mundial representa uma ameaça à preservação do meio ambiente. Dessa forma, o Estado como interventor na economia assume um importante papel no desenvolvimento de políticas públicas que visam a conservação dos recursos naturais. O presente estudo através da pesquisa bibliográfica tem como objetivo geral analisar como o aumento do consumo da população pode impactar na proteção ao meio ambiente e impulsionar a intervenção estatal no desenvolvimento de políticas sustentáveis. Como objetivos específicos, a pesquisa traz a identificar o meio ambiente como direito fundamental à coletividade, relacionar o crescimento populacional e o aumento do consumo, bem como abordar o estudo de alternativas econômicas para incentivar “políticas verdes” através da atuação intervencionista do Poder Público.

Abstract:The right to an ecologically balanced environment as a fundamental right has constitutional protection and a strict relationship with human dignity. The protection of this diffuse right aims to guarantee a healthy quality of life for present and future generations. The increase in consumption by the world population represents a threat to the preservation of the environment. In this way, the State as an intervener in the economy assumes an important role in the development of public policies aimed at conserving natural resources. The present study, through bibliographical research, has the general objective of analyzing how the increase in population consumption can impact environmental protection and boost state intervention in the development of sustainable policies. As specific objectives, the research aims to identify the environment as a fundamental right for the community, relate population growth and increased consumption, as well as address the study of economic alternatives to encourage “green policies” through the interventionist actions of the Public Power.
