AS MÍDIAS SOCIAIS COMO FERRAMENTAS DE FORMAÇÃO INTELECTUAL DO ALUNO NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “AS MÍDIAS SOCIAIS COMO FERRAMENTAS DE FORMAÇÃO INTELECTUAL DO ALUNO NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA" de lavratura dos pesquisadores: Jefferson Florencio Rozendo, Avaetê de Lunetta e Rodrigues Guerra, Diego de Vargas Matos, Michel da Costa.

Este estudo objetiva compreender e discutir uma abordagem sobre a importância da utilização das mídias sociais, despertando o interesse do aluno pelo ensino e a aprendizagem na Educação Básica. Para tanto, apresenta o construto da aprendizagem dos alunos na busca do conhecimento usando o universo virtual, o seu papel sociocultural, efeitos pedagógicos e dificuldades enfrentadas pelos alunos no acesso às mídias sociais, bem como identifica o que são mídias sociais, apresenta suas funções, estabelece a relação entre o uso das mídias sociais e a performance do aluno da Educação Básica. Para a realização desta investigação, foi realizada uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, por meio de revisão de literatura sobre a temática em questão. A hipótese inicial era a de que esses alunos desconheciam as mídias sociais como ferramenta de aprendizado educacional; no entanto, verificou-se, que eles e os professores mediadores somente apresentam dificuldades de acesso a esse instrumento de ensino e de aprendizagem. Os resultados revelaram que os educandos buscam conteúdos nas mídias digitais para produzir seus conhecimentos, agregando-lhes saberes. Conclui que os alunos estão comprometidos com a sua educação promovendo suas formações, além de facilitar o aprendizado educacional, por meio das mídias sociais, mas parte dos professores ainda necessita de capacitação no campo digital para auxiliar os alunos nesse processo.

ABSTRACT: 

This study aims to understand and discuss an approach on the importance of using social media, arousing student interest in teaching and learning in Basic Education. To this end, it presents the construct of student learning in the pursuit of knowledge using the 1 Doutorando e Mestre em Educação. Absolute Christian University, (ACU). Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, (UNIBAN). 1 DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.8062318 virtual universe, its sociocultural role, pedagogical effects and difficulties faced by students in accessing social media, as well as identifying what social media are, presenting their functions, establishes the relationship between the use of social media and the performance of Basic Education students. To carry out this investigation, a qualitative approach research was carried out, through a literature review on the subject in question. The initial hypothesis was that these students were unaware of social media as an educational learning tool; however, it was verified that they and the mediating teachers only have difficulties in accessing this teaching and learning instrument. The results revealed that students seek content in digital media to produce their knowledge, adding knowledge to them. It concludes that students are committed to their education by promoting their training, in addition to facilitating educational learning through social media, but some of the teachers still need training in the digital field to help students in this process.
