A RELAÇÃO ENTRE A SOCIEDADE BRASILEIRA E O ORDENAMENTO PÁTRIO

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “A RELAÇÃO ENTRE A SOCIEDADE BRASILEIRA E O ORDENAMENTO PÁTRIO" de lavratura dos pesquisadores: Adriano Cezar Ribeiro, Angela Angeline Martins Rocha Pereira.

Desde a promulgação da Constituição de 1988 a sociedade brasileira obteve a devolução do exercício do Poder, sendo reconhecido o direito ao voto universal, direto e secreto, com valor igual para todos independente de classe social, grau educacional ou localização regional. O que induz a perspectiva de que o Estado promoveu ao longo dos anos condições iguais para o desenvolvimento de seu povo, por meio da efetivação das garantias fundamentais e deveres dos cidadãos e das demais pessoas que integram a sociedade,  em prol de se obter a democracia ativa. Todavia, há muitas questões e nuances históricas, econômicas, políticas e sociais que cercam a sociedade brasileira, no que concerne a sua relação com o ordenamento pátrio, a começar pela não compreensão eficaz do seu ordenamento pátrio, talvez até os direitos mais basilares representem para a grande massa apenas palavras soltas. A Constituição Cidadã brasileira prescreve a titularidade do poder, concentra em seu núcleo a quem busca proteger o indivíduo, bem como estabelece metas e objetivos para efetivar os ideais almejados pelo constituinte originário.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRAZILIAN SOCIETY AND THE NATIONAL LAW

Abstract: ince the validity of the Constitution, the Brazilian society obtained the return of the exercise of power, with the regulation of universal and secret voting rights, having equal value for everyone regardless of social class, educational level or regional location. This creates the perspective that State has promoted over the years equal conditions for the development of this people, through the implementation of fundamental guarantees and duties of citizens and other people who make up society, towards achieving active democracy. However, there are many historical, economic, political and social issues and nuance that surround the Brazilian people, starting with the lack of effective understanding of their national order, perhaps even the most basic rights represent for the great mass only loose words. The Brazilian Citizen Constitution prescribes the ownership of power, concentrates at its core those who seek to protect the individual and also establishes goals and objectives to put into effect the ideals desired by the original constituent.
