A DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR - IMPORTÂNCIA DE PRÁTICAS HUMANIZADAS NO PROCESSO DE SUBJETIVAÇÃO DOS ALUNOS

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “A DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR - IMPORTÂNCIA DE PRÁTICAS HUMANIZADAS NO PROCESSO DE SUBJETIVAÇÃO DOS ALUNOS" de lavratura das pesquisadoras: Jéssica de Andrade Freires, Maria Erilucia Cruz Macêdo.

O presente trabalho consiste em um estudo que aborda sobre a necessidade de discutir e repensar as práticas docentes na reformulação do ensino superior frente há um olhar humanizado ao discente. Muitas Instituições de ensino ainda possuem a visão clássica da escola em que o professor é detentor do conhecimento e os alunos são recipientes do saber dos mesmos. Não sendo estimulados a pensar criticamente e nem tendo validada e reconhecida a sua subjetividade. Ao longo deste trabalho, serão explorados os benefícios tangíveis das práticas docentes humanizadas no processo de formação acadêmica dos estudantes, além de apontar caminhos para aprimorar o ambiente educacional, contribuindo assim para a formação não apenas de profissionais mais capacitados, mas também de indivíduos mais críticos, reflexivos e conscientes de sua própria identidade no contexto acadêmico. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica de revisão narrativa de natureza qualitativa, se qualificando como exploratória.Contudo pode-se concluir que a medida que exploramos os intricados domínios da docência na educação superior, torna-se evidente que a prática docente e sua humanização desempenham papéis cruciais na formação acadêmica e no desenvolvimento subjetivo dos discentes. Este artigo buscou aprofundar a compreensão da complexa teia que conecta esses tópicos essenciais.

ABSTRACT 

The present work consists of a study that addresses the need to discuss and rethink teaching practices in the reformulation of higher education in view of a humanized view of the student. Many educational institutions still have the classic view of school in which the teacher is the holder of knowledge and the students are recipients of their knowledge. Not being encouraged to think critically and not having their subjectivity validated and recognized. Throughout this work, the tangible benefits of humanized teaching practices in the students' academic training process will be explored, in addition to pointing out ways to improve the educational environment, thus contributing to the training of not only more qualified professionals, but also more critical individuals. , reflective and aware of their own identity in the academic context. It is characterized as a bibliographic research of narrative review of a qualitative nature, qualifying as exploratory. However, it can be concluded that as we explore the intricate domains of teaching in higher education, it becomes evident that teaching practice and its humanization play a crucial roles in the academic training and subjective development of students. This article sought to deepen understanding of the complex web that connects these essential topics.
