À DIFERENÇA NAS ESCOLAS E O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO PARA A INCLUSÃO

A Revista Acadêmica Online, com prazer, introduz o estudo intitulado “À DIFERENÇA NAS ESCOLAS E O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO PARA A INCLUSÃO" de lavratura dos pesquisadores: Elder dos Santos Ramires, Allyne Evellyn F. Gomes.

O presente artigo é o quinto de uma sequência de seis artigos que fazem uma análise da política pública de educação especial no Brasil, como remover os obstáculos à inclusão, assim como toda e qualquer política de inclusão deve ter como base o fato de que todas as crianças devem ser educadas em escolas regulares. A partir disso, deve-se saber que os obstáculos à Inclusão estão na escola e na sociedade, e não na criança. Devemos avaliar para podermos identificar as dificuldades individuais de uma criança. Avaliar os obstáculos à Inclusão, também, é necessário, no ambiente em geral e na escola local, em particular. Devemos ter em mãos, um Plano de Ação para lidar com os problemas dentro de um Cronograma de trabalho visando atender a todos com um olhar para o futuro

ABSTRACT: This article is the fifth in a sequence of six articles that make an analysis of public policy on special education in Brazil, how to remove barriers to inclusion, and any inclusion policy should be based on the fact that all children should be educated in regular schools. From this, one must know that the obstacles to Inclusion are in school and in society, not in the child. We must evaluate in order to identify the individual difficulties of a child. Assessing barriers to inclusion, too, is necessary, in the environment in general and in the local school in particular. We must have at hand an Action Plan to deal with the problems within a Work Schedule in order to attend to all with a look to the future
